App Update

Having the app up-to-date ensures that you have the latest features and fixes. We recommend to update Pame to its last version.

For Android: - Open the Google Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps and device. Apps with pending updates are labelled "Update available".
- Tap Update next to the Pame icon, or tap Update All.

Make sure to have automatic updates on:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Use the search bar to find Pame.
- Tap the three vertical dots in the top right.
- Check Auto-update.

For iOS:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Pame icon, or tap Update All.
Make sure to have automatic updates on:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Switch Updates on.

If you experience problems updating the app, please make sure you have enough available storage in your phone. If you continue to experience problems updating the app, please contact us.
