Booking a taxi

We recommend that you plan your journeys in advance when travelling with some modes of transport.

Option 1:
- Click on the taxi icon on the main screen
- Indicate the time and day you want to do your trip and select ''Confirm date''
- Select ''Where are you going?'' and enter your destination
- We will search for your optimal route and show you the details you need: pick-up and drop-off time, estimated price, the start and end points of your route and the duration of your journey
- If you have not already done so, add the payment method you wish to pay for your journey
- Select ''Confirm journey''
- Your taxi is on the way
While you wait, you can check your vehicle's number plate, model, driver's name and phone number... even the CO2 emissions!

Option 2:
- Indicate the time and day you want to make your journey and select ''Confirm date'' at the top of the screen
- Enter your origin and destination
- Choose your taxi route
- Press ''Select journey''.
- We will search for your optimum journey and show you the details you need: pick-up and drop-off time, estimated price, the start and end points of your route and the duration of your journey
- If you have not already done so, add the method of payment you wish to use for your journey
- Select ''Confirm journey''
- Your taxi is on the way
While you wait, you can check your vehicle's number plate, model, driver's name and phone number... even the CO2 emissions!
