Balance different from the one topped up
If your balance is different to the one you have topped up, wait 24 hours and check again. This is the time it takes to synchronise with the transport system, this is why there may be a delay between the top-up being done and it becoming effective.
It won't let me select my transport pass to pay
If you cannot pay with your transport pass, check the expiry date. If your ticket is still valid, please contact us by selecting 'Contact us' in the app menu.
