My Tallinja Card is blocked. What do I do?

You will need to purchase an on-board ticket on the bus to be able to travel.  

A card is blocked when:

It is faulty or damaged, in which case you will need to have it checked at one of our Sales & Information Offices.

or

 If it has a negative balance in which case you will need to top-up your card and it will be automatically ‘unblocked’.
